Golf Pride U.S. Headquarters
Kuester Development Associates (KDA) partnered with Golf Pride (a division of Eaton Corp.) for a build-to-suit development in Pinehurst, NC, steps away from the acclaimed Pinehurst No. 8 course. The development is the newest US Headquarters for Golf Pride. The new Global Innovation Campus put the entire corporate and Research & Development staff under one roof. KDA led the charge on all development-related initiatives. From land acquisition, financing and entitlements through construction, KDA was instrumental in the entire process.
