Starts Kuester Development Corporation(KDC)

Develops & renovates facilities in Wilmington, NC
Starts Yager-Kuester – worked to syndicate equity to purchase commercial income-producing real estate throughout the Carolinas
Starts development & management of 3 apartments

Kuester Properties becomes Kuester Real Estate Services(KRES)
